摘要：目的 解析和追踪老年健康服务领域研究热点和未来发展趋势,为该领域研究提供参考。方法 对健康中国战略提出以来我国老年健康服务领域的相关研究进行系统地梳理和总结,以CNKI数据库为检索对象,检索时间为2018年1月1日—2021年11月30日期间收录的相关文献,运用CiteSpace文献可视化工具,从文献发文量、研究机构、高频关键词、突显词以及时间线方面进行解析。结果 本研究共纳入有效文献696篇,相关文献发文量整体呈上升趋势,研究机构据前两位的是武汉大学社会保障研究中心和扬州大学护理学院。结论 研究热点集中在医养结合、健康管理、安宁疗护、需求等领域,近两年突现词为健康档案与服务设计。未来应更加关注老年健康服务设计的可及性、公平性及满意度。
Objective To decipher the research hotspots and trends in the field of geriatric health services in China and to provide guidance for future research.Methods Literatures related to geriatric health services in China from Jan.1,2018 to Nov.30,2021 were retrieved from CNKI database.CiteSpace was used to describe the number of articles published,research institutions,high-frequency keywords,highlighting words and time line.Results A total of 696 valid literatures were included in this study,and the number of published literatures showed an overall upward trend.The top two institutions with the most published articles were Social Security Research Center of Wuhan University and School of Nursing of Yangzhou University.The research focused on the integration of medical and nursing care,health management,hospice care and demand for health care.In recent two years,health records and service design had emerged.Conclusions The integration of medical and nursing care,health management,hospice care and health care demand have become research hotspots in the field of geriatric health services in China since 2018 and the elderly health service design and personal health record are emerging in recent two years.In the future,more attention should be paid to the accessibility,fairness and satisfaction of elderly health service design.
