摘要：近年来随着西医时间医学的发展,中医开始逐渐重视时间医学。子午流注理论作为中国时间医学的代表也愈加被关注,但近年来关于子午流注的综述较少,且内容不成系统,该文整合近5年来关于子午流注理论治疗内科疾病的研究文献,分门别类。文章从理论研究和临床应用两个方面对子午流注理论进行整理分析,结果表明,子午流注理论有其特有的优越性。该文为这一针灸理论的深入研究及推广提供思路及依据。
In recent years, the development of Western time medicine has led medical doctors to pay more attention to time medicine, and the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture as a representative of Chinese time medicine has been paid more and more attention to, but in recent years, there are few reviews on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture, and the contents are fragmented and unsystematic. Therefore, the article integrated the research literature on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture theory for the treatment of internal diseases in the past 5 years and divided them into different categories. It analyzed the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow injection from two aspects: theoretical research and clinical application, and summarizes the clinical application of midnight-noon ebb-flow injection theory and the existing problems.
