摘要：“泻南补北”一词最早源于《难经》,其理论内涵丰富,外延宽广,可广泛用于一切心实肾虚之证。故施治于心火亢盛,肾精匮乏的复发性流产。武权生教授基于“泻南补北”理论,与月经周期疗法相结合,重在未孕之前的调护与已孕之后保胎治疗,疗效显著,值得推广。
The term“South-Reducing and North-Reinforcing”originated from Nanjing,it has rich connotations and wide extension,it can be widely used in all the evidence of heart and kidney deficiency.Therefore,it is extended to recurrent spontaneous abortion with heart-fire hyperactivity and Kidney deficiency.Profession WU Quansheng combined with menstrual cycle therapy on the theory of“South-Reducing and North-Reinforcing”,emphasis is placed on pre-pregnancy care and post-pregnancy fetal care.The effect is remarkable and worth promoting.
