摘要：甘肃转移劳动力市民化进程,需放弃传统地域城镇化的思想理念,仅仅把握市民化的核心,推动生活方式市民化进程。文章通过集中化建设中心村庄和小集镇,构建生活方式市民化的载体;通过完善社会保障体系和公共服务体系,确立生活方式市民化的核心;通过大力发展特色农业,打造生活方式市民化的基础。
In the process of transferring labor force to citizens in Gansu province,we should grasp core of urbanization and promote the process of urbanization of life style based on local situation,abandoning traditional ideas of regional urbanization.We should build carriers of urbanization of life style bycentralized villages and small towns,strengthen the core of urbanization of life style by improving social security system and public service system,and establish basis of urbanization of life style by developing agriculture with local characteristics.
