摘要：氧化苦参碱有广泛的生物活性,具有抗肿瘤、抗急性肝损伤、抗炎、抗病原体等多种药理作用。近年来将氧化苦参碱用于治疗肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌、宫颈癌等疾病的研究日益增多,其作用机制主要包括诱导细胞凋亡、细胞周期阻滞、抑制肿瘤细胞转移和侵袭、抑制血管生成、激活线粒体凋亡等。本文整理近年来氧化苦参碱抗肿瘤相关文献,为后续氧化苦参碱抗肿瘤作用研究及抗癌新药研发提供依据。
Oxymatrine has a wide range of biological activities,with the pharmacological effects of anti-tumor,anti acute liver injury,anti-inflammatory,and anti pathogen.In recent years,oxymatrine has been increasingly used in the treatment of liver cancer,gastric cancer,lung cancer,breast cancer,colon cancer,cervical cancer and other diseases.Its mechanism mainly includes inducing apoptosis,arresting cell cycle,inhibiting tumor cell metastasis and invasion,inhibiting angiogenesis,activating mitochondrial apoptosis,and so on.This article summarized literature on the anti-tumor effects of oxymatrine in recent years,providing a basis for future research on its anti-tumor effects and the development of new anti-cancer drugs.
