摘要:目的:本课题以中药党参中微量元素为研究的基础和出发点,对党参中含有的微量元素进行含量测定,说明了微量元素与人体健康和疾病的相关性。方法:采用浓硝酸-高氯酸溶解消化方法进行样品处理,用火焰原子吸收光谱法对党参中Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg的含量进行了测定。结果:党参中Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg的含量分别为21.47ug/g、80.46μg/g、349.59ug/g、3118.17ug/g,各元素的加样回收率在98.51%~102.01%之间,精密度在0.3%~2.1%之间。
Object:Foundation and point of departure of this topic is microelement in Chinese medicine Radix Codonopsis. We determinated the content of microelement in Radix Codonopsis and explained the relation microelement and people's health and disease. Method: In this experiment,Sample was digested with HNO3-HCLO4 mixed acid before determination. The content of microelements including Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg in Radix Codonopsis were determined by FAAS. Result: The content of microelements including Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg in Radix Codonopsis are 21.47ug/g,80.46ug/g, 349.59ug/g, 3118.17ug/g. The recovery rate of each elements is between 98.51% to 102.01%, and the precision is between 0.3 % to 2.1%. Contlusion: The microelements in Radix Codonopsis have some pharmaceuticaluse and have important value for treatment of some related diseases.
