摘要：腰椎间盘突出症是骨伤科常见的疾病,且发病率在逐年增加,严重影响患者的生活质量,目前的治疗方法总为手术治疗与保守治疗,其中保守治疗以中医特色治疗为主,牵引与手法是其中具有代表性的两种治疗方法,在临床中应用较为广泛,但缺少对其联合治疗的效果与机制相关的阐述,就牵引与手法联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症进行总结,分析其中的机制与疗效,旨在为中医保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供一些参考依据。
