摘要：近年来,癌症的发病率逐渐上升,且呈年轻化发展趋势,以其难治性和高致死率的特征成为危害人类生命健康的主要原因。姜科姜黄属植物温郁金是一味具有潜在应用价值的抗癌中药,因其用药历史悠久,祛除瘀血佳,安全性高,在癌症的治疗中引起了广泛关注且发挥了至关重要的作用。随着现代分子生物技术与中药学的交叉渗透,温郁金的多种抗肿瘤有效成分被分离鉴定,其中挥发油(榄香烯、呋喃二烯、姜黄烯醇、吉马酮、二萜类化合物C、姜黄醇)和姜黄素类等有效成分,主要通过抑制癌细胞增殖、诱导凋亡、逆转多药耐药、抑制血管生成、增强放化疗敏感性和增强机体免疫功能等途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。目前,温郁金被批准为国家二类非细胞毒性抗肿瘤药物,在临床上已经被开发为榄香烯注射液及榄香烯口服乳剂等抗癌制剂广泛应用于不同肿瘤的治疗中,发挥增效减毒的作用。就温郁金的本草考证、抗肿瘤有效成分和相关机制做一综述,旨在为癌症的临床治疗和抗癌中药的开发提供借鉴。
In recent years,the incidence rate of cancer has gradually increased,and it shows a trend of younger development.With its characteristics of intractability and high mortality,cancer has become the main cause of endangering human life and health.Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin),a plant of the genus curcuma of ginger family,is a kind of anti-cancer traditional Chinese medicine with potential application value.Because of its long history of drug use,good blood stasis removal and high safety,it has aroused widespread concern and played a vital role in the treatment of cancer.With the cross penetration of modern molecular biotechnology and traditional Chinese medicine,a variety of anti-tumor active ingredients of Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin)have been isolated and identified,including volatile oil(elemene,furadiene,curcumenol,gemma ketone,diterpenoid compound C,curcumin),curcumin and other active ingredients,mainly through inhibiting cancer cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,reversing multidrug resistance and inhibiting angiogenesis.It plays an anti-tumor role by enhancing the sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and enhancing the immune function of the body.At present,Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin)has been approved as a national Class II non cytotoxic anti-tumor drug,and has been developed into elemene injection,elemene oral emulsion and other anti-tumor agents in clinical practice,which are widely used in the treatment of different tumors,playing a role in enhancing efficiency and reducing toxicity.Now,the author makes a new review on the textual research,anti-tumor active ingredients and related mechanisms of Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin),aiming to provide reference for the clinical treatment of cancer and the development of anti-cancer traditional Chinese medicine.
