摘要：目的探讨白斑汤联合波姆光照射治疗脾肾阳虚型外阴白色病变的效果及对细胞周期蛋白D1的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月甘肃中医药大学附属医院妇产科接诊的60例脾肾阳虚型外阴白色病变患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组使用波姆光照射治疗,观察组使用波姆光照射联合口服白斑汤治疗,比较两组细胞周期蛋白D1、症状评分及治疗效果。结果观察组细胞周期蛋白D1表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的53.33%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白斑汤联合波姆光照射治疗脾肾阳虚型外阴白色病变具有一定的临床效果,可降低细胞周期蛋白D1的表达,改善临床症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of Baiban Decoction combined with Bohm light irradiation treating vulvar white lesion due to yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and its influence on cyclin D1.Methods A total of 60 patients with vulvar white lesion due to yang deficiency of spleen and kidney in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Bohm light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with Bohm light irradiation combined with oral Baiban Decoction.The Cyclin D1,symptom score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The expression level of cyclin D1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(53.33%)(P<0.05).The symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Baiban Decoction combined with Bohm light irradiation treating vulvar white lesion due to yang deficiency of spleen and kidney has certain clinical effects,which can reduce the expression of cyclin D1 and improve clinical sym ptoms.
