摘要:为了制备甘草超滤液中异甘草素,建立一种络合萃取-反萃取方法。以异甘草素萃取率为研究指标,通过单因素和析因设计实验,优选得到最佳络合萃取剂;以异甘草素的反萃取率为研究指标,优选得到最佳反萃取剂。最佳三元络合萃取剂组成为0.5%三烷基氧化膦(TRPO)+10%磷酸三丁酯(TBP)+89.5%磺化煤油,萃取率99.23%,萃取后收率100%;最佳反萃剂为0.0100 mol×L^-1 NaOH水溶液,反萃取率97.85%,反萃取后收率95.11%,总收率95.11%。结果表明:优选的络合萃取剂和反萃取剂萃取效率高,甘草超滤液中的异甘草素在络合萃取剂和反萃取剂中可以高效转移,络合萃取-反萃取法适合甘草超滤液中异甘草素的制备。
A complexation extraction-back extraction method was established to separate isoliquiritigenin in the licorice ultrafiltrate.Through single factor and factorial design experiments,the best complex extractant and stripping agent were obtained respectively by observing their effects on the extraction rate and the back extraction rate of isoliquiritigenin.The optimized ternary complex extractant composition was 0.5%trialkylphosphine oxide+10%tributyl phosphate+89.5%sulfonated kerosene,the extraction rate was 99.23%and the recovery rate was 100%after extraction.The optimized stripping agent was 0.0100 mol×L^-1 NaOH aqueous solution,the stripping rate was 97.85%and the recovery rate was 95.11%after back extraction,the total recovery rate was 95.11%.Results show that the isoliquiritigenin in the licorice ultrafiltrate could be transferred in complex extractant and stripping agent with high extraction efficiency.It is possible to apply complex extraction-back extraction method for the separation of isoliquiritin in licorice ultrafiltrate.
