摘要:认知障碍是脑卒中后常见并发症之一,严重影响患者躯体、行为和情绪等诸多方面的康复。目前临床上治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的常用药物有乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂、钙离子拮抗剂、脑代谢剂、选择性5羟色胺再摄取抑制剂等,可改善患者的临床症状,延缓认知功能受损的进程,但起效缓慢,花费高,疗效尚不确定,且长期服用可导致肝肾功能损害。基于本病严重影响患者康复及日常生活能力,需积极寻找非药物治疗中风后认知障碍。近年来,计算机辅助认知康复训练广泛应用于临床并取得一定成果。本文主要对计算机辅助认知康复训练改善脑卒中后认知障碍的理论和机制作一综述,为脑卒中后合并认知障碍患者的治疗提供理论依据。
Cognitive impairment is one of the common complications after stroke,which seriously affects the physical,behavioral and emotional recovery of patients.At present,the commonly used drugs for the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke are acetylcholinesterase inhibitors,calcium antagonists,brain metabolizers,selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors,etc.,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and delay the process of cognitive impairment,but the effect is slow,the cost is high,the effect is uncertain,and long-term use can lead to liver and kidney function damage.Based on the fact that the disease seriously affects the rehabilitation and daily life ability of patients,it is necessary to actively seek non drug treatment for cognitive impairment after stroke.In recent years,computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation training has been widely used in clinical practice and made some progress.In this paper,the mechanism of computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation training to improve cognitive impairment after stroke is reviewed,which provides theoretical basis for the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke.
