摘要：敦煌《灸经图》是现存较早的灸法专著之一,书中重灸治疗疑难杂症的临床疗效显著。类风湿性关节炎的病因尚不明确,临床上治疗方法多样但效果并不理想,敦煌医学将之称为“冷痹”,《灸经图》采用的重灸疗法治疗本病疗效突出,本研究对该书中的重灸理论进行整理研究,旨在为类风湿性关节炎的临床治疗提供新的可靠理论和方法,以期为临床推广应用提供理论依据。
Dunhuang Jiujing Tu(Illustration of Moxibustion)is one of the earliest monographs on moxibustion,among which heavy moxibustion has significant effect on intractable diseases.The etiology of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is not clear,and the clinical treatment methods are varied but the effect is not ideal.Dunhuang medicine called it‘Cold Bi’,the heavy moxibustion therapy used in the Jiujing Tu has a prominent curative effect on RA.In this study,the heavy moxibustion therapy is collected in order to provide a new and reliable theory and method for the clinical treatment of RA,and to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application.
