摘要:目的:探讨发育高峰期安氏Ⅱ^(1)类错[牙合]畸形Twin-block矫治,对口颌系统结构与功能重建的研究。方法:拍摄矫治前后头颅侧位定位片,测量颌骨、舌骨和牙齿位置以及上气道形态等变化。结果:下颌骨升支高度和下颌基骨长度增加;舌骨、下切牙和下颌磨牙同步近中向移动;上气道鼻咽段、口咽段与喉咽段矢状向间隙均增大。结论:发育高峰期Twin-block矫治安氏Ⅱ^(1)类错[牙合]畸形,可改善口颌系统功能与形态平衡,改善呼吸功能,为预防阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)具有重要临床意义。
Objective:To investigate the effect on the morphology-structure-function balance of stomatognathic system for Twin-block appliance to correct AngleⅡ^(1)malocclusion in the development-peak period.Methods:The structure of occlusalf surface, the positions of hyoid and teeth, and the shape of upper airway were surveyed via the cephalograms of pre/post-orthodontics.Results:The height of the ascending ramus of mandible and the length of mandibular base was built up, with the synchronous mesioversion of hyoid, lower incisor and mandibular molars, and the movements tilting toward the tongue of upper anterior teeth and tilting toward the lip of lower anterior teeth.Furthermore, the nasopharynx, oropharynx and laryngopharynx of the upper airway were broadened in the sagittal scale.Conclusion:It is able to reconstruct the morphology-structure-function balance of stomatognathic system, improves respiration and plays an important clinical role in prevention of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)for Twin-block appliance to correct AngleⅡ^(1)malocclusion in the development-peak period.
