摘要：灸法作为一种简便易行的传统外治法,从古至今都起着其他疗法无法替代的治疗作用。“重灸”理论作为临床指导灸法治病的重要思想,强调大灸量施治以温经扶阳,临床治疗虚瘀交杂之疑难杂症疗效确定。本文通过对历代医家尤其是唐宋时期医家灸法学术思想的总结,探讨“重灸”法的理论内涵及现代临床创新应用,以期为“重灸”法的进一步应用发展提供参考。
Moxibustion,as a simple and effective traditional external therapy,has played an irreplaceable role in treatment from ancient times to the present.The theory of“heavy moxibustion”is an important clinical approach to moxibustion therapy,emphasizing the use of large amounts of moxa to warm the meridians and support yang,with confirmed efficacy in treating complex and difficult conditions involving both deficiency and stasis.This paper summarizes the academic thoughts on moxibustion from medical practitioners,particularly during the Tang and Song dynasties,and explores the theoretical implications of“heavy moxibustion”as well as its modern clinical innovations,aiming to provide references for the further development and application of the“heavy moxibustion”method.
