摘要:目的:研究甘肃不同产地党参药材中总皂苷成分变化,探讨总皂苷成分在党参质量评价方面的可控性。方法:通过紫外分光光度法对党参总皂苷成分进行分析,建立中药质量控制方法。结果:甘肃不同产地党参药材中总皂苷含量在24.72-63.99 mg/g,最高含量与最低含量相差近3倍,平均为37.75 mg/g,变异幅度为31.12%。结论:紫外分光光度法对党参总皂苷成分变化反应灵敏,具有一定的应用价值,该研究结果可为党参品种选育、适宜环境的选择、品质调控措施和优质高效栽培技术提供科学依据,并为党参的规模化、产业化发展提供技术支撑。
Objective:To study the variation of total saponins in Gansu Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae from different habitats and evaluate its quality controllability.Methods:Total saponin in Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae was analyzed by UV spectrophotometry to establish the practicality of effective parts in quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The total saponin in Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae from different habitats in Gansu was at the range of 24.72 mg/g-63.99 mg/g(the average of 37.75 mg/g) with variation range of 31.12%,and the highest content was nearly three times as the lowest one.Conclusion:UV spectrophotometry was effective in the determination of saponins in Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae.The results could provide a scientific basis for the herb breeding,selecting the appropriate environment,quality control and efficient cultivation techniques,as well as provide technical support for the large-scale and industrial development of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae in Gansu.
