摘要:目的了解疼痛神经科学教育在慢性疼痛领域应用的研究现状、热点与趋势。方法采用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science自建库至2025年9月20日收录的有关疼痛神经科学教育在慢性疼痛领域应用的文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入413篇文献,发文量整体呈上升趋势,美国发文量最高。研究热点主要集中在中枢敏化与心理影响因素、目标人群精细化、多元化联合干预方案与教育形式创新3个方面,综合治疗方案与数字健康技术的结合是研究趋势。结论疼痛神经科学教育在慢性疼痛领域研究发展迅速,未来应加强国际合作,开展高质量多中心研究,推动疼痛神经科学教育在临床应用的标准化与个体化发展。
Objective To understand the research status,hotspots,and trends in the application of pain neuroscience education(PNE)in the field of chronic pain.Methods The CiteSpace software was used to conduct a visual analysis of the literature on pain neuroscience education in chronic pain,retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection from the inception of database to September 20,2025.Results A total of 413 articles were included,with an overall upward trend in publication volume.The United States had the highest number of publications.Research hotspots mainly focused on central sensitization,psychological influencing factors,refinement of target populations,diversified combined intervention programs,and innovations in educational formats.The integration of comprehensive treatment plans and digital health technologies represented the research trend.Conclusion Research on pain neuroscience education in the field of chronic pain is developing rapidly.Future efforts should strengthen international collaboration and conduct high-quality multi-center studies to promote the standardization and personalized clinical application of pain neuroscience education.
