摘要:目的基于变异系数权重的模糊物元模型筛选出大黄降血脂的最佳有效部位。方法用大黄的水提取物、乙醇提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物对高血脂模型的SD大鼠进行干预。给药后,测定SD大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和三酰甘油(TG)的含量,对大鼠的一般生存情况进行统计分析;用基于变异系数权重的模糊物元模型对其干预效果进行综合评价。通过计算其贴近度比较正常组(M_1)、模型组(M_2)、阳性对照组(M_3)、水提组(M_4)、乙醇提取组(M_5)、乙酸乙酯提取组(M_6)的降血脂效果。结果大黄的水提取物、乙醇提取物可以不同程度地降低高血脂模型大鼠血清中TC、LDL-C和TG的含量,同时升高HDL-C的含量;反应大黄降血脂总效应的贴近度值:水提取组为0.74、乙醇组为0.54。计算得出的贴近度从大到小排序:M_3>M_4>M_1>M_5>M_6>M_2,即降血脂作用优劣顺序:阳性对照组>水提组>正常组>乙醇提取组>乙酸乙酯提取组>模型组。结论大黄的水提取物降血脂效果最好;基于变异系数权重的模糊物元模型可公正、客观地筛选出大黄降血脂的有效部位。
Objective To investigate the effect of reducing blood lipid in three effective parts of Rheum palmatum L. based on variation coeffi- cient weight. Methods First of all, the SD rat model of hyperlipidemia was given the water extract, the ethanol extract and the ethyl acetate ex- tract of Rheum palmatum L. , then the content of total cholesterol ( TC ), high densitylipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C ), low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C ) , triglyceride (TG) in serum were determined and general survival of rats was analyzed. Then using fuzzy matter - element model on variation coefficient weight to evaluate the comprehensive re- ducing blood lipid effect of different extract parts of Rheum palmatum L.. In the end, combining with the result of lhe value of Euclid approach group( M4 ), the ethanol extract group (M5 ), the ethyl acetate extract group (M6 ) of blood lipid. Results Compared with model group, the water extract hart and the ethanol Icould reduce the congtents of TC, LDL - C, TG and rise HDL - C. Combining with the result of the value of Euclid approach degree, the water extract was 0. 74, the ethanol extract was O. 54. Combining with the result of the value of Euclid approach degree, the order of its magniude is M3 〉 M4 〉 MI 〉 M5 〉 M6 〉 M2. Conclusion The water extract part is the effective part of reducing blood lipid. The method and model can be used to objectively evaluate the comprehen- sive effect of reducing blood lipid of Rheum palmatum L.'s three extracted parts.
