摘要：本研究聚焦循证护理在妊娠糖尿病护理中的作用。妊娠期糖尿病对母婴健康危害显著,传统护理存在局限性,而循证护理运而生。它以科学依据为导向,在血糖监测与控制方面,制定个性化方案以稳定血糖;饮食护理依循营养原则设计食谱保障营养应控糖;运动护理选取合适方式与强度助力血糖管理与健康;心理护理缓解患者心理问题提升依从性;并发症预防与护理降低母婴并发症风险并妥善处理已发并发症。循证护理有效改善产妇分娩方式、减少产后出血、优化新生儿健康指标,还对产妇心理状态、并后恢复以及母婴长期健康和家庭关系产生积极深远影响。其通过整合最佳证据、专业技能与患者意愿,为妊娠糖尿病护理提供全产、科学、个性化的护理策略,显著提升护理质量与母婴健康结局,在该领域极具应用价值与推广前景。
This study focused on the role of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of diabetes during pregnancy.Diabetes in pregnancy is harmful to the health of mothers and infants,traditional nursing has limnitations,and evidence--based nursing came into being.It is guided by scientific evidence and develops personalized plans for blood glucose monitoring and control to stabilize blood glucose levels;Dietary care follows nutritional principles to design recipes that ensure nutrition and control sugar intake;Selecting appropriate methods and intensities of exercise nursing to asist in blood glucose management and health;Psychological nursing alviates patients'psychological problems and improves compliance;Prevention and care of complications reduce the risk of maternal and infant complications and properly manage existing complications.Evidence based nursing effectively improves the delivery mode of mothers,reduces postpartum hemorrhage,optimizes newborn health indicators,and has a positive and far-reaching impact on the psychological state of mothers,postpartum recovery,as well as the long--term health and family relationships of mothers and infants.By integrating the best evidence,professional skills and patients'wishes,it provides comprehensive,scientific and personalized nursing strategies for diabetes care during pregnancy,significantly improves the quality of care and maternal and infant health outcomes,and has great application value and promotion prospects in this field.
