摘要：慢性肾小球肾炎是临床导致慢性肾脏病的主要原因之一,其病程迁延,且病情易反复。马鸿斌教授通过研读赵绍琴温病学说的学术思想,认为慢性肾小球肾炎存在卫、气、营、血传变过程,主要由风、湿、热、瘀四大病理因素相互作用而成。临床运用赵氏方,药用荆芥、防风、芦根、白芷、白茅根、紫苏叶、茜草、丹参、地榆、槐花、甘草治疗此病,疗效可靠。
Chronic glomerulonephritis is one of the main causes of clinical chronic kidney disease,and its course is prolonged,and the condition is easy to repeat.Professor Ma Hongbin studied the academic thoughts of Zhao Shaoqin’s theory of febrile diseases,and believed that chronic glomerulonephritis has a process of transmission of wei-qi-ying-xue,which is mainly caused by the interaction of four major pathological factors:wind,dampness,heat and stasis.The clinical application of self-prepared prescription,medicinal nepeta,wind-proof,reed root,white peony root,rhizoma imperatae,perilla leaf,valerian,salvia miltiorrhiza,mantle,medlar,and licorice are effective in treating this disease.
