摘要：化学疗法是目前肿瘤等恶性疾病的常规治疗手段,化疗药能够阻止肿瘤细胞的增殖、浸润、转移,并最终杀灭肿瘤细胞。由于化疗药物的选择性较低,因此化疗药不可避免的会对机体正常的组织器官造成损害,从而表现出一系列化疗后的不良反应,即化疗药的副作用。而化疗药的副作用已成为制约化疗药物广泛应用的最大障碍。因此探索和研究减轻化疗药副作用的药物具有非常重要的现实意义。当归补血汤为益气补血的代表方,且现代药理学研究表明当归补血汤具有刺激造血系统、调节免疫、减轻化疗药不良反应的作用。然而中医学理论对当归补血汤防治化疗毒副作用的机制尚无系统的论述,就此从中医学病因病机、藏象、气血等方面探讨当归补血汤防治化疗副作用的中医学机制。
Chemotherapy is the convemional trealment of tumor and malignant diseases. Chemotherapy drugs can prevent the proliferation, invasion, metastasis of cancer cells, and eventually kill them. Due to the low selectivity of chemotherapy drugs, they would inevitably cause damage to normal tissues and organs . And showing a series of adverse reactions after chemotherapy, which are the side effects of chemotherapy. Also the side effects have become the biggest obstacle of the widely use of chemothera- py. So the exploration and research to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy has very important practical value. Danggui Buxue Decoction is the representative decoction of Yiqi Buxue, and the modern pharmacology study shows that Danggui Buxue Decoction can stimulate hematopoietic system, regulating immunity, reduce drug adverse reaction of chemotherapy. However, there is no systematic expression of the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction to the side effects of chemotherapy in Traditional Chinese medical mechanism, and this article aims to explore the traditional Chinese Medical Mechanism of Danggui Buxue Decoction in preventing the side effects of chemotherapy, from the medical etiology and pathogenesis, viscera and Fu organs, Qi and blood.
