摘要:用水提取红芪多糖,以红芪多糖的得率、提取物的DPPH自由基清除率为指标,采用综合加权评分法考察了温度、加水量、提取次数、提取时间对多糖得率及抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明,温提温度70℃,15倍量水提取2次,每次3 h,醇沉浓度70%,多糖得率可达5.41%,DPPH清除率可达0.832 5%。
Radix Hedysari polysaccharide yield,extract on DPPH free radical scavenging rate as the index,the effects of temperature,water quantity,extraction times and extraction time on the yield and antioxidant activity of polysaccharides were investigated by used the synthetic weighted mark method. Results showed that the extraction temperature was 70 ℃,15 times the amount of water extracted 2 times,each time 3 h. Alcohol concentration of 70%,the rate of polysaccharide was 5. 41%,DPPH removal rate was0. 832 5%.
