摘要:目的利用满意度调查表对患者进行乡镇卫生院工作的满意情况调查,以便更好地提高乡镇卫生院工作水平。方法2014年4—5月,利用患者满意度调查表对本地区30家乡镇卫生院的患者满意情况进行调查分析,围绕存在的问题制订改进方案并予以实施。连续实施6个月,对改进前后的患者满意情况进行调查和比较。结果经过调查和统计,两组患者的满意率存在显著差异,观察组的满意度为96.7%,显著高于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。观察组的医疗服务质量显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的医患关系融洽率为92.0%,程度显著高于对照组的68.0%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过患者满意度调查表调查,乡镇卫生院可以更好的掌握患者对自身工作的满意情况,并针对患者不满意的问题进行改进,以更好的以提高患者的满意度和自身的医疗服务质量以及医患关系融洽程度,促进自身管理水平的提高。
OBJECTIVE Satisfaction of patients working in township health centers were investigated by the satisfaction questionnaire in order to better improve work in township hospital level. METHOD April 2014 to May 2014, patients with the local district 30 town- ship hospitals were investigated and analyzed by the patient satisfaction questionnaire. Around the problems for the development of improved scheme and implementation. For the implementation of 6 months, it investigated and compared with the patients before and after improvement. RESULTS Through investigation and statistics, there was significant difference between the two groups of patient satisfaction rate, the observation group satisfaction was 96.7%, significantly higher than the control group (83.3%, P〈0.05). The obser- vation group medical service quality was significantly higher than that of control group, (P〈0.05); the observation group the harmoni- ous doctor-patient relationship rate was 92%, significantly higher than the control group of 68% degree, the difference has statistical significance (P〈O.O5).CONCLUS10N Through a patient satisfaction questionnaire survey, satisfaction of township hospital can better grasp the patients for their own work, and in the light of dissatisfied patients are improved, with better to improve the satisfaction of patients and their medical service quality and doctor-patient relationship harmonious degree, promote their management level improve.
