摘要：目的:研究扶正消癥方(含药血清)对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠血清中IL-8和VEGF的影响及对肿瘤生长、增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用肿瘤双植入模型技术制作H22荷瘤小鼠模型及中药含药血清的制备。40只6周龄昆明种小鼠随机均分为4组:正常组,模型组,顺铂组,扶正消癥方组(含药血清)。造模成功后连续3d把已制备好的含药血清分别注入对应组小鼠的右侧接种肿瘤,共给药3次。观测21d,第21天处死小鼠收集血清,检测血清中IL-8和VEGF的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组小鼠血清中IL-8和VEGF表达水平明显升高(P<0.01),扶正消癥方(含药血清)组及顺铂组可降低小鼠血清中IL-8和VEGF表达水平。与模型组相比,顺铂组和扶正消癥方(含药血清)组均可降低小鼠血清中IL-8和VEGF表达水平,顺铂组(P<0.01),扶正消癥方(含药血清)组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正消癥方(含药血清)对H22荷瘤小鼠具有提高免疫作用,降低血清中IL-8和VEGF的表达水平,具有进一步研究的价值。
Object：To study the effect of Fuzheng Xiaozhi Prescription （medicine-contained serum） on IL-8 and VEGFof H22 hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice and the restraining effect on the growth and multiplication of the tumor. Method： The technology of tumor double transplanted models was applied to make the model of H22 hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice and medicine-contained serum was prepared. 40 Kunming mice of 6-week old were randomly divided into 4 groups： the normal group, the model group, the cisplatin group and the group of strengthening vital qi to reduce the symptoms（medicine-contained serum）. After the success of model preparation, injected the prepared medicine-contained serum into the right of the mice in the corresponding team for 3 days in succession giving medicine for 3 times in all. Then observed them for 21 days and killed the mice on the 21st day to collect the serum, then detected the content of IL-8 and VEGF in serum. Result： Compared with the normal group, the level of IL-8 and VEGF in the serum in the model group increased clearly（P0.01）, while the group of Fuzheng Xiaozhi Prescription （medicine-contained serum） and the cisplatin group could reduce the level of IL-8 and VEGF in the serum. Compared with the model group, both the cisplatin group and the group of Fuzheng Xiaozhi Prescription （medicine-contained serum） could reduce the level of IL-8 and VEGF in the serum of the mice. The cisplatin group（P0.01）, the group of Fuzheng Xiaozhi Prescription （serum containing medicine）（P0.05）. Conclusion： Fuzheng Xiaozhi Prescription （medicine-contained serum） could improve the effect of immunity on H22 hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice and reduce the level of IL-8 and VEGF.
