摘要:阳离子多糖是一类应用广泛的功能性高分子聚合物。目前,有超过300种不同的由多糖和低聚胺制备的阳离子多糖,其中有些阳离子多糖可作为高性能吸附剂和絮凝剂。研究表明部分阳离子多糖在转染细胞过程中具有活性,是较好的生物医学材料。本文综述了近年来阳离子多糖的合成方法、制备工艺的优缺点,并总结了常用的分析方法及在生物医学领域的应用,为阳离子多糖的进一步研究开发与利用提供理论依据。
Cationic polysaccharides are a class of functional polymers with a wide range of applications.Currently,there are more than 300 different cationic polysaccharides prepared from polysaccharides and oligomeric amines,some of which can be used as high-performance adsorbents and flocculants.Studies have shown that some cationic polysaccharides are active during transfection of cells and are better biomedical materials.This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of the synthesis methods and preparation processes of cationic polysaccharides in recent years,and summarizes the commonly used analytical methods and their applications in biomedical fields to provide a theoretical basis for further research development and utilization of cationic polysaccharides.
