摘要:采用正己烷超声提取当归根、茎、叶中的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对当归不同部位挥发油进行测定;利用NIST11谱库检索鉴定各化学成分;经面积归一化法计算各样品中化学成分的相对含量。分别从根、茎、叶供试品溶液中分离并鉴定了26、57、51个化合物;茎和叶之间有31个共有成分;茎、叶及根三个部位有9个共有成分;茎、叶、根中相对质量分数最高的化合物分别为:α-金合欢烯(4.929%)、二十烷(7.715%)、Z-藁本内酯(83.429%)。当归不同生长部位挥发油在化学组成上有明显不同,有些化学成分是其各个部位所独有的,这些研究对当归资源的合理利用及进一步开发具有一定的意义。
The essential oils were extracted by n-hexane and their chemical constituents were separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectromety(GC-MS)and identified by mass database NIST11.0.The relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization method,26,57 and 51 constituents were identified from root,stem and leaf of Angelica sinensis,respectively.There are 31 same constituents in both stem and leaf,and nine constituents in all three parts.The constituents with the highest relative content in stem,leaf and root were alpha-farnesene(4.929%),eicosane(7.715%)and trans-ligustilide(83.429%).There are some constituents which differences among different parts of Angelica sinensis.These studies provided evidence for general development and utilization of Angelica sinensis.
