摘要:脂肪肝是由多种因素导致的肝细胞内大量脂肪堆积从而引起肝脏病理性改变的代谢性疾病。近年来,随着生活水平的提高及饮食结构的变化,脂肪肝发病率有逐渐增加的趋势,对人们的健康造成了严重威胁。中药在脂肪肝的防治方面有着显著的效果,且具有多成分、多途径和多靶点的特点,已成为该领域近年来的研究热点。大量研究表明大黄具有降脂、保肝护肝作用。然其相关成分及作用机制尚不完全清晰,故本文通过对大黄成分及其治疗脂肪肝的中英文文献进行系统分析,结果显示,大黄治疗脂肪肝的主要活性成分为大黄素、大黄酚、大黄酸等,其机制至少包括修复肝细胞损伤、减轻炎症反应、减轻氧化应激、调控脂质代谢、改善胰岛素抵抗等,可为大黄的进一步研究和应用提供思路和参考。
Fatty liver is a metabolic disease caused by a large amount of fat accumulation in liver cells caused by various factors,which leads to pathological changes in the liver.In recent years,with the improvement of living standards and changes in dietary structure,the incidence of fatty liver has gradually increased,which poses a serious threat to people's health.Traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable effect on the prevention and treatment of fatty liver and has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-pathway,and multi-target,which has become a research hotspot in this field in recent years.A large number of studies have shown that Dahuang(大黄)has lipid-lowering and hepatoprotective effects.However,its related components and mechanism of action are not completely clarified.Therefore,this paper systematically analyzed the components of Dahuang and its treatment of fatty liver in Chinese and English literature.The results show that the main active components of Dahuang in the treatment of fatty liver are emodin,chrysophanol,rhein,etc.The mechanism includes repairing liver cell injury,reducing inflammatory response,reducing oxidative stress,regulating lipid metabolism,and improving insulin resistance,which can provide ideas and references for further research and application of Dahuang.
