摘要:分析24个不同生态类型菘蓝的13个农艺性状,探索菘蓝种质优选及育种材料的选择标准。将24个不同生态类型菘蓝种子以随机排列的方式条播于和政药用植物园,采收期前进行农艺性状田间调查。结果发现,24个不同生态类型菘蓝的13个农艺性状均存在较大的变异,其中芦头至第1侧根距离变异最大(变异系数64.7%),折干率变异最小(变异系数14.29%);相关性分析表明,单根鲜重与株幅、叶宽、叶片数、单株叶片总鲜重等具有显著正相关(r=0.519,r=0.576,r=0.557,r=0.738);主根长与叶宽呈显著正相关(r=0.447),与叶长宽比成显著负相关(r=0.511);主根粗与株幅、叶长、叶宽、单株叶片总鲜重具有显著正相关(r=0.682,r=0.483,r=0.460,r=0.612);侧根数与叶片数、单株叶片总鲜重具有显著正相关(r=0.603,r=0.650)。在主成分分析中,株高、株幅、叶长、叶片数、单株叶片总鲜重、单根鲜重、主根长、主根粗、侧根数等9个信息负荷量较大,累计贡献率为84.1%。说明在进行菘蓝种质优选及新品种选育时,应首选株幅较大、叶长宽比较小、单株叶片数较多、单根鲜重较大和侧根高较大的种质为宜。
Through the analysis of 13 agronomic traits of 24 different ecological types of Isatis indigotica Fort,the correlation and influencing factors of agronomic traits and yield of Isatis indigotica Fort were discussed.Twenty-four different ecological types of Isatis indigotica Fort seeds were randomly arranged in the Hezheng Medicinal Botanical Garden,and a field survey of agronomic traits was carried out before the harvesting period.There were large variations in the 13 agronomic traits of 24 different ecological types of Isatis indigotica Fort,among which the distance from the head to the root of the first to the root was the largest(variation coefficient 64.7%),and the variation of the drying rate was the smallest(the coefficient of variation was 14.29%);correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between single fresh weight and plant width,leaf width,number of leaves,total fresh weight of leaves(r=0.519,r=0.576,r=0.557,r=0.738);main root length and leaf There was a significant positive correlation(r=0.447)and a significant negative correlation with leaf length-width ratio(r=0.511).There was a significant positive correlation between main root thickness and plant width,leaf length,leaf width and total fresh weight(r=0.682,r=0.483,r=0.460,r=0.612);the number of lateral roots was significantly positively correlated with the number of leaves and the total fresh weight of the leaves(r=0.603,r=0.650).In the principal component analysis,six information loads such as plant height,plant width,leaf number,total fresh weight,single fresh weight and main root thickness were large,and the cumulative contribution rate was 84.1%.The results showed when carrying out the selection of Isatis indigotica Fort germplasm and the breeding of new varieties,germplasms with larger plant width,smaller leaf length and width,more leaves per plant,larger fresh weight per root and larger lateral root height should be preferred.
