摘要：Hedysarum polysaccharide (HPS) can prolong the life-span of drosophlia; enhances nonspecific resistance of aged mice against noxious stimuli; loowers plasma LPO; decreases the formation of lipofusin with eventual elimination; increases erythyrocyte SOD; elevates serum cortisol and androsterone level in aging rats at various doses. Markedly increases RNA content of viscera; enhances the activity of neutrophilic granulocyte and improves the irritability of T cells in againg mice toward antigenic stimuli in contrast to those treated with cyclophosphamide.
