摘要:介绍了凹凸棒土的基本特性及活性改性的物理化学基础和吸附性能,简述了凹凸棒土及改性凹凸棒土在印染废水处理中的应用;分析了黄原酸基凹凸棒土合成的基本原理及其对染料等有机物分子的络合和亲和吸附的机理;采用湿法工艺对凹凸棒土进行改性,制备了黄原酸基凹凸棒土(XA);通过SEM分析对其进行了表征,结果表明XA已成功合成。
Objective:The basic characteristics of attapulgite,the physical and chemical properties of active modification and its adsorption property were introduced. The application of attapulgite and modified attapulgite in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater was briefly described. The basic principles of the synthesis of xanthated-attapulgite and the mechanism of organic molecules such as dyes were analyzed. Attapulgite was modified by using wet process and xanthate-attapulgite(XA)was prepared.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis showed that XA has been synthesized successfully.
