摘要：探讨不同栽培方式对当归产量及当归多糖含量的影响,以期筛选当归栽植最优模式。设置试验小区,以小区产量折算平均亩产;采用苯酚硫酸比色法测定当归多糖的含量。结果显示,膜侧栽培当归的产量及当归多糖含量均最高。说明临洮县当归种植可优先选择膜侧栽培模式。
To select the high efficient cultivation mode,the yield and polysaccharide content in Radix Angelicase Sinensis was reseached. The test plot was set up to convert the average yield per 667 m^2 of production,phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry was used to determine the polysacchride content of Radix Angelicase Sinensis. Both the yield and polysaccharide content were the highest of the film side cultivation mode for Radix Angelicase Sinensis. The results showed that the film side cultivation mode of Radix Angelicase Sinensis could be a prior choice in Lintao county.
