摘要：张士卿教授认为小儿唇风病位在脾胃,主要病机为中焦脾胃湿热,循经熏灼口唇,风、火、湿、燥为其主要病理因素,若病久伤阴,阴虚血燥,唇失所养,则迁延不愈。治宜清胃泻脾、祛风利湿,同时需要顾护脾胃,临床常予泻黄散合清胃散加减。附案例1则,以资验证。
Professor ZHANG Shiqing believes that pediatric exfoliative inflammation of lips is located in the spleen and stomach,and the main pathogenesis is that the damp-heat in the middle burner of the spleen and stomach affects the lips through the meridians,with wind,fire,dampness,and dryness being its main pathological factors.If the disease lasts for a long time and damages yin,yin deficiency and blood dryness will lead to lip malnourishment,and the disease will become chronic and difficult to cure.The treatment should focus on clearing the stomach and strengthening the spleen,dispelling wind and promoting diuresis,while also protecting the spleen and stomach.In clinical practice,Xiehuang San(泻黄散)combined with Qingwei San(清胃散)is often used with modifications.One case is provided for verification.
