摘要:目的 探讨人体四肢关节易误诊的籽骨和副骨的X线表现。资料与方法回顾性分析200例四肢关节易误诊的籽骨与副骨的X线平片及临床资料,其中155例足踝,髋臼小骨30例,二分髌骨5例,肘髌骨5例,双舟骨5例。结果 200例中外踝下端副骨(腓下骨)15例,误诊为骨折2例,外踝、距骨之间副骨(插入骨)12例,误诊为骨折2例,骰骨外侧副骨(副骰骨)42例,误诊为骨折2例,舟骨内侧缘副骨(副舟骨)44例,误诊为骨折4例,膝关节二分髌骨误诊为骨折2例,肘部籽骨(肘髌骨)误诊为骨折1例。结论 人体四肢关节的籽骨、副骨在临床诊断中最易误诊,但有一定的好发部位及X线特征。
Objective To disscuss the easily misdiagnosed appearence of X-ray image of Sesamoid and accessory bones of limbs joint in the body.Materials and Methods To retropectly analyse the two HUndreds patiengts' clinical materials and X-ray images easily misdiagnosed of f Sesamoid and accessory bones of limbs joint in the body,including 155 cases of foot and ankle,30 cases of Sesamoid on the hip,5 cases of double patellar,5 cases of Sesamoid on the elbow joint.Resu-lts In the 15 cases of accessory bones under the peroneal bone,2 cases were misdiagnosed fracture.In the 12 cases of accessory bones between ankle and talus,2 cases were misdiagnosed fracture.In the 42 cases of accessory bones nearby the Cuboid lateral,2 cases were misdiagnosed fracture.In the 44 cases of accessory bones nearby the Scaphoid Medial,4 cases were misdiagnosed fracture.2 cases of double Patella in the stifle joint were misdiagnosed fracture.1 case of Sesamoid in the elbow were misdiagnosed fracture.Conclusion Sesamoid and accessory bones of limbs joint in the body were misdiagnosed easily during the course of diagnosis.Acording to the special character of X-ray and predilection,the rate of misdiagnosis can be reduced.
