摘要:目的:优化大黄消痔栓内容物的最佳粉碎工艺。方法:以总蒽醌、游离蒽醌、槐角苷、休止角、压缩度为评价指标,采用层次分析法、基于指标相关性的权重赋权系数(CRITIC)法及AHP-CRITIC混合加权法来确定复方中各指标的权重系数,结合正交试验设计法,考察投药量、投药细度、粉碎时间对大黄消痔栓内容物粉碎效果的影响,以L_(9)(3^(4))正交设计进行试验,优化大黄消痔栓粉碎工艺参数。结果:大黄消痔栓内容物的最佳粉碎工艺参数为投药500 g,投药细度为中粉,粉碎时间为30 min。结论:该粉碎工艺可行,能客观反映处方配伍信息,重复性好,可为大黄消痔栓的粉碎工艺优化提供参考。
Objective:To optimize the crushing process of the contents of Dahuang Xiaozhi suppositories.Methods:Taking total anthraquinone,free anthraquinone,sophoricoside,angle of repose and compressibility as the evaluation indexes,the weight coefficient of each index in the compound was determined by analytic hierarchy process,weight weighting coefficient(CRITIC)method based on index correlation and AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method.Combined with orthogonal experimental design,the effects of dosage,fineness and crushing time on the crushing effect of the contents of Dahuang Xiaozhi suppositories were tested by L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal design to optimize the crushing process parameters of Dahuang Xiaozhi suppositories.Results:The optimum crushing process parameters of the contents of Dahuang Xiaozhi suppositories were with dosage of 500 g,fineness of medium powder and crushing time of 30 min.Conclusion:The crushing process is feasible,which can objectively reflect the compatibility information of the prescription,and has good repeatability.It can provide reference for the optimization of the crushing process of Dahuang Xiaozhi suppositories.
