摘要:自身免疫性疾病是由免疫应答异常引起的一系列复杂多变的疾病。研究表明,炎症和缺氧相互依存,持续的炎症和免疫反应增加了氧的消耗,从而导致局部组织缺氧,其中低氧诱导因子-1 α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1 α, HIF-1 α)已被证明在自身免疫性疾病中具有重要作用。HIF-1 α是血管生成和免疫系统的调节因子,其介导的代谢转变和纤维化也在一些自身免疫性疾病中起关键作用。现就HIF-1 α免疫功能及其在自身免疫性疾病中的作用,包括系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、炎性肠病、1型糖尿病和银屑病(psoriasis)等作一概述。
Autoimmune disorders are a complicated and varied group of diseases arising from inappropriate immune responses. Recent studies have demonstrated that sustained inflammatory and immune responses are associated with increased oxygen consumption, inflammation and hypoxia are interdependent, which lead to hypoxia in local tissues. Hypoxia-inducible factor 1 α(HIF-1 α) has been shown to play an important function in autoimmune disorders. HIF-1 α is a regulator in angiogenesis and immune system, which mediates metabolic shift and fibrosis,and may also play crucial roles in some autoimmune disorders.This review focuses on the role of HIF-1 α in autoimmune diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, type 1 diabetes, psoriasis, etc.
