摘要:目的:探讨藏药镰形棘豆黄酮苷元对大、小鼠抗炎作用的影响。方法:选用昆明种小鼠和Wi st ar大鼠,随机分为模型对照组、萘普生组(25 mg/kg)、黄酮苷元高(336 mg/kg)、中(168 mg/kg)、低剂量组(84mg/kg),灌胃给药,共7天。通过二甲苯诱导小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸诱导小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀、棉球致大鼠肉芽肿的方法,观察黄酮苷元对炎症的影响。结果:黄酮苷元各剂量组对由以上4种方法所致的炎症反应具有一定的抑制作用,其研究结果与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄酮苷元具有一定的抗炎作用,是镰形棘豆发挥抗炎作用的重要活性成分之一。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of flavonoid aglycones extracted from Oxytropis falcata on the mice and rats. Methods:Kunming mice and Wistar rats were divided into the model group, the naproxen group (25 mg/kg) and the flavonoid aglycones groups of high dose (336 mg/kg), middle dose (168 mg/kg) and low dose (84 mg/kg) and lavaged for 7 days. Animal inflammatory models were established by the ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and abdominal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid for mice, the rat paw edema created by injection of albumen and rat granuloma induced by cotton pellet wool respectively. Results:Different doses of flavonoid aglycones groups could reduce the inflammatory reaction. Compared with the model group, the differences had the statistical meaning (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Flavonoid aglycones has a certain anti-in-flammatory activity and is one of the important biological components of Oxytropis falcata.
