摘要:本研究旨在对贯叶连翘化学成分进行鉴定,以期为后续的药理药效研究提供理论依据。采用超高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(UPLC-MS)对贯叶连翘的根部化学物质进行鉴别,并对其中化合物含量进行检测。结果显示,贯叶连翘根部含量较高的化合物种类为黄酮类与有机氧化物,其含量分别为13.30%和13.06%,含量较高的指标性成分包括儿茶素(catechin)、原矢车菊素B2(procyanidin B2)、香豆酸(coronaric acid)以及异槲皮苷(isoquercitrin);贯叶连翘根部并不含有贯叶连翘地上部分(即贯叶金丝桃)的主要指标性成分金丝桃素(mycoporphyrin)、伪金丝桃素(pseudohypericin)、金丝桃苷(hyperoside)等。本研究结果提示,贯叶连翘根部所含化学物质与其地上部分所含指标性成分之间存在明显差异,值得进一步深入探究。
Hypericum perforatum L.is one of the traditional Chinese medicines and used as a whole plant medicine.The 2020 Edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia includes its aboveground part as Hypericum perforatum L..It is necessary to verify and study whether the roots of Hypericum perforatum L.have modern pharmacological effects and whether they should be discarded.Therefore,this experiment identified the chemical components through UPLC-MS,in order to provide reference for further pharmacological efficacy trials in the future.The chemical components in the roots of Hypericum perforatum L.were identified by UPLC-MS,and the chemical substances in Hypericum perforatum L.were clarified through comparison and identification.After identification,it was found that flavonoids(13.3%)and organic oxygen compounds(13.06%)accounted for a relatively high proportion of compounds in the roots of Hypericum perforatum L..The indicator components with high content in the roots were catechin,procyanidin B2,coronaric acid,and isoquercitrin,etc.The commonly used indicator components for quality control of the aboveground parts of Hypericum perforatum L.,such as mycorphyrin,pseudohypericin,and hyperoside,were not found in the roots.There is a significant difference in the chemical substances contained in the roots and aboveground part of Hypericum perforatum L.,and further in-depth research is needed.
