摘要：现代人们饮食习惯、作息习惯的改变,可能导致脑血管疾病增加,并且年轻化;最常见的有脑梗死和脑出血,即缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中,二者均可导致吞咽障碍。脑卒中后吞咽障碍严重影响患者康复预后,延长住院时间,增加经济负担,其并发症较多,比如营养不良,吸入性肺炎等,严重者甚至可导致患者窒息死亡,因而该病越来越受到人们的关注。电针是以毫针为介质将专业电针治疗仪输出的不同频率波形的电流作用与人体相关部位的一种治疗方法,通过外周和中枢的双重作用改善患者症状,其因简单、方便、实惠、高效等优点广泛应用于临床多种疾病的治疗中。已有大量临床研究表明电针治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效可靠,电针夹取的不同穴位、电针的频率波形参数、电针的刺激时间长短以及电针与其他疗法的联合治疗等多种因素均可改变临床结局。本文综述了近些年电针治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍在国内的研究过程和临床应用,以期为临床医师选择电针治疗方案提供参考,从而提高临床疗效。
Modern people’s dietary habits,work and rest habits change,may lead to the increase of cerebrovascular diseases,and younger;The most common are cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage,namely ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes,both of which can lead to dysphagia.Dysphagia after stroke seriously affects the rehabilitation prognosis of patients,prolonging the length of hospital stay,increasing the economic burden,its complications are more,such as malnutrition,inhalation pneumonia,and even lead to the death of patients with asphyxia,so the disease has attracted more and more attention.Electroacupuncture is a kind of treatment method that the electric current of different frequency waveform output by professional electroacupuncture therapy instrument acts on the relevant parts of the human body with filiform needle as the medium.It can improve the symptoms of patients through the dual effect of peripheral and central.It should be simple,convenient,affordable,efficient and other advantages widely used in the clinical treatment of a variety of diseases.A large number of clinical studies have shown that electroacupuncture has reliable efficacy in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Various factors such as different acupoints of electroacupuncture clip,frequency waveform parameters of electroacupuncture,length of electroacupuncture stimulation and combination of electroacupuncture and other therapies can change the clinical outcome.This article reviews the research process and clinical application of electroacupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke in China in recent years,in order to provide a reference for clinicians to choose electroacupuncture treatment plan,so as to improve the clinical efficacy.
