摘要：目的：观察药物铺灸疗法对寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者随机分为铺灸组和药物组各30例，药物组口服尪痹颗粒（6g，tid），铺灸组使用风湿痹痛散行药物铺灸治疗，治疗3周后观察两组临床疗效及VAS评分改善情况。结果：铺灸组VAS评分改善程度显著优于药物组（P〈0.05）；铺灸组总有效率显著高于药物组（P〈0.05）。结论：药物铺灸疗法对寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著，可以缓解RA患者的疼痛程度。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of snake moxibustion for cold-dampness type rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：60 cases of patients with cold-dampness type rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into snake moxibustion group （30 cases） and medication group （30 cases）, the medi-cation group treated by orally taking wangbi granules （6g, tid）, while snake moxibustion group by snake moxibustion with Fengshi Bitong powder, observed the efficacy and improvement of VAS score of two groups after 3 weeks of treatment. Results：The improvement of VAS score of snake moxibustion group was significantly better than that of medication group （P〈0.05）;the overall response rate of snake moxibustion group was signifi-cantly higher than that of medication group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Snake moxibustion has a good curative effect on cold-dampness type rheumatoid arthritis, which can relieve the pain of RA patients.
