摘要：宁夏地区由于受自然环境、人文历史、地理位置等方面的限制,致使其在公共危机管理体系建设方面较为欠缺。文章从自然灾害、公共安全突发事故、疾病传播、自然环境恶化等四个方面对宁夏地区公共危机管理现状进行了分析,并通过利用宁夏地区的相关数据,对影响宁夏地区公共危机管理的因素进行了多重线性回归实证分析,发现水土流失治理面积、城镇登记失业率、废水排放总量、治理废气项目完成投资是影响宁夏地区公共危机管理的主要因素,建议通过完善公共危机管理体系建设、加快主要影响因素建设、综合治理内在影响因素的途径促宁夏危机管理体系建设和经济发展。
Due to the limitation of natural environment,human history and geographical location,Ningxia is deficient in the construction of public crisis management system.This paper analyzes the present situation of public crisis management in Ningxia from the aspects of natural disasters,public safety emergencies,disease transmission and natural environment deterioration,makes a multi-linear regression empirical analysis of the factors affecting the management of public crisis in Ningxiaand by using the relevant data in Ningxia.And it was found that the main factors affecting the management of public crisis in Ningxia are soil erosion control area,urban registered unemployment rate,total amount of waste water discharge,completed investment of waste gas control project,It is suggested that the construction of crisis management system and economic development of Ningxia should be promoted by perfecting the construction of public crisis management system,speeding up the construction of main influencing factors and comprehensively managing the internal influencing factors.
