摘要：目的:采用Meta分析方法系统评价麻杏石甘汤联合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索万方数据库、中国知网、维普数据库、The Cochrane Library、PubMed等数据库自建库以来收录的麻杏石甘汤联合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘的临床随机对照试验。经筛选,本研究最终共纳入11篇临床随机对照试验,总计990例样本,其中对照组498例,观察组492例。运用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比较,观察组在临床总有效率(RR=1.22,95%CI[1.12,1.32],P<0.00001)、第1秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in The First Second,FEV_(1))(MD=9.52,95%CI[7.20,11.84],P<0.00001)、用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)(MD=11.75,95%CI[6.04,17.47],P<0.0001)、呼气峰值流速(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)(MD=2.56,95%CI[0.92,4.20],P<0.00001)等指标均优于常规西医治疗,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤加味联合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘的疗效明显优于常规西医治疗。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Maxing Shigan decoction(麻杏石甘汤)plus conventional Western medicine on bronchial asthma by the Meta-analysis method.Methods:The literature of RCTs on treating bronchial asthma with the Maxing Shigan decoction plus conventional Western medicine since the establishing of the databases were retrieved by computer in Wanfang database,CNKI,VIP database,The Cochrane Library,PubMed and other databases.After screening,the study finally included 11 clinical RCTs,with a total of 990 cases,including 498 cases in the control group and 492 cases in the observation group.The Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software provided by the Cochrane collaboration network.Results:The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the observation group was better than the control group in the total clinical effectiveness(RR=1.22,95%CI[1.12,1.32],P<0.00001),FEV_(1)(MD=9.52,95%CI[7.20,11.84],P<0.00001),FVC(MD=11.75,95%CI[6.04,17.47],P<0.0001),PEF(MD=2.56,95%CI[0.92,4.20],P<0.00001)and other indicators,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Maxing Shigan decoction plus conventional Western medicine is significantly better than conventional Western medicine on bronchial asthma.
