摘要：临床护士时常面临着危重患者的濒死状态和离世,这会对护士的工作和心理造成一定的负担,且影响其对临终患者的照护质量。目前,有关临床护士死亡应对能力的相关研究还处于初步阶段,为提升临床护士的临终照护质量,本文将从死亡应对能力的评估工具、国内外现状及影响因素展开分析,并对其相关干预策略进行简要概括,旨在为今后死亡教育的开展提供新视角。
Clinical nurses often face the dying state and death of critically ill patients,which will cause a certain burden on the work and psychology of nurses and affect the quality of care for dying patients.At present,the research on death coping ability of clinical nurses is still in the preliminary stage,in order to improve the quality of end-of-life care of clinical nurses,this article will analyze the assessment tools of death coping ability,the status quo at home and abroad and the influencing factors,and briefly summarize the relevant intervention strategies,aiming to provide a new perspective for the future development of death education.
