摘要：目的观察驻景丸加减方联合针刺治疗干眼的临床疗效。方法干眼患者90例(180只眼),随机分为针药组、针刺组、玻璃酸钠组,每组各30例(60只眼)。玻璃酸钠组予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,针刺组予单纯针刺治疗(眼周及全身取穴),针药组在针刺组基础上加用口服驻景丸加减方治疗,均治疗3个疗程(30d)。以泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌量(SIT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分为观察指标,比较各组治疗前后的差异。结果治疗前,三组的BUT、SIT、FL评分数值接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,各组BUT、SIT数值均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),FL评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。针药组各指标的改善情况最好,指标的前后变化值明显大于针刺组和玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05),玻璃酸钠组的指标变化幅度最小。结论驻景丸加减方联合针刺能增加患者泪液分泌,延长患者泪膜破裂时间,恢复角膜上皮完整性,临床疗效好于单纯针刺或玻璃酸钠滴眼液。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of modified long vistas pill combined with acupuncture treatment for xerophthalmia. METHODS Ninety patients（180 eyes） with xerophthalmia were divided into three groups： the acupuncture therapy group, the acupuncture treatment group and the sodium hyaluronate（ETUDE） eye drops group, 30 cases in each group（60 eyes）. The sodium hyaluronate group was treated with ETUDE eye drops, the acupuncture therapy group was treated with acupuncture alone（ophthalmic and whole-body acupuncture）, and the acupuncture treatment group was treated with the modified long vistas pill on the basis of acupuncture therapy group.After treatment for 30 days, the subjective symptoms, tear secretion（SIT）, break-up time of tear-film（BUT） and corneal fluorescein staining（FL） of the three groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.RESULTS Before treatment, the scores of the BUT, SIT and FL scores of the three groups were close, and the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the values of BUT and SIT in each group were increased（P〈0.05）, and the score of FL was lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of each index in acupuncture treatment group was the best, and the change of index before and after treatment was signifi-cantly greater than that in acupuncture therapy group and sodium hyaluronate group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The combination of modified long vistas pill with acupuncture could increase the tear secretion, prolong the tear film rupture time, and restore the integrity of corneal epithelium. The clinical effect was better than that of acupuncture alone or sodium hyaluronate eye drops.
