摘要:目的:探讨一种以增强实习护生于灾后护理中护患沟通能力的新型培训法,为完善灾难护理培训体系的研究提供参考。方法:将实习护生76名分为试验组和对照组,试验组护生应用意念法培训,对照组护生应用常规法培训。结果:试验组与对照组培训前常态下、培训后灾后护理中恐惧总均分和沟通能力均分组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同方法培训后在灾难护理中恐惧总均分和沟通能力均分2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);培训后灾后护理工作中灾难伤员对2组护理工作的满意度比较试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:意念法较常规法能够更加明显地提高实习护生灾后护患沟通能力。
Objective:To explore a new training method to enhance the nursing students' communication abili ty between nursing students and patients in the post disaster nursing care,in order to provide the reference for perfecting the study of disaster nursing training system.Methods:The 76 nursing students were divided into the experimental group and the control group.Nursing students in the experimental group were trained with the idea method,and the control group were trained by routine method.Results:Under normal conditions before training and in the post disaster care after training,there are significant differences in the comparison between the experimental group and the control group in the total average scores of fears and average scores of communication skills(P〈0.01).Comparison between the two groups has significant differences in the total average scores of fears and average scores of communication skills with different methods of training in disaster care(P〈0.01).The degree of satisfaction of the casualties in disaster in the experiment group is significantly higher than that of the control group in the post disaster nursing care after training(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional method,the idea method can obviously improve the communication ability of nursing students and patients in the post disaster nursing care.
