摘要：目的探讨“00后”大学生自杀行为与心理健康水平的相关性。方法于2020年3月~2020年5月,采用程科和黄希庭编制的健全人格取向大学生心理健康量表、自杀行为问卷进行数据调查,实施t检验、单因素方差分析、相关和回归分析。结果①2683例“00后”大学生自杀行为总均分为1.14±0.60分,整体无自杀风险。②“00后”女大学生自杀行为总均分显著高于男生(P<0.05)。③城市生源学生自杀行为总均分显著高于县镇、农村生源学生(P<0.05)。④父母亲学历硕士及以上、情绪不稳定、婚姻及家庭氛围不和谐时,其子女自杀行为得分较高,自杀行为发生风险较高。⑤自杀行为总均分和心理健康各维度均呈显著负相关(P<0.01),其中幸福体验和情绪调控对“00后”大学生自杀行为影响较大。结论“00后”大学生心理健康水平对自杀行为具有显著的负向预测作用,及时采取干预措施,提高大学生心理健康水平,可以有效预防大学生自杀行为的发生。
Objective To explore the correlation between suicidal behavior and mental health level of college students born after the 00s.Methods In March 2020 to May 2020,the mental health scale for college students with sound personality orientation compiled by Cheng Ke and Huang Xiting and the suicide behavior questionnaire were used to conduct the survey.The data were analyzed by t test,one-way ANOVA,correlation and regression analysis.Results①The total average score of suicide behavior of 2683 college students born after the 00s was 1.14±0.60,and there was no risk of suicide as a whole.②The total average score of suicide behavior of female college students born after the 00s was significantly higher than that of men(P<0.05).③The total average score of suicidal behavior of urban students and county and town students were significantly higher than that of rural students(P<0.05).④When parents have master’s degree or above,emotional instability and disharmonious marriage and family atmosphere,their children’s suicidal behavior score is higher and the risk of suicidal behavior is higher.⑤There was a significant negative correlation between the total average score of suicidal behavior and all dimensions of mental health(P<0.01).Among them,happiness experience and emotional regulation had a higher impact on college students born after the 00s’suicidal behavior.Conclusion The mental health level of college students born after the 00s has a significant negative predictive effect on suicidal behavior.Timely intervention measures to improve the mental health level of college students can effectively prevent the occurrence of suicidal behavior.
