摘要:目的:观察敦煌消定膏对膝关节镜术后患者肿胀程度治疗的效果。方法:将120例膝关节镜术后患者随机分为治疗与对照组,每组60例;分别测量2组患者健侧术前、患侧术前及术后12、24、48、72h髌骨上极2cm、髌骨中点、腓肠肌最粗点周径,计算肿胀值。结果:2组患者术前、术后12h髌骨上极2cm、髌骨中点及腓肠肌最粗点周径肿胀值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术后术后24h、48h、72h髌骨上极2cm、髌骨中点及腓肠肌最粗点周径肿胀值治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:敦煌消定膏外敷能明显减轻膝关节镜术后患者膝关节肿胀的程度,尤其在12~72h内较对照组肿胀消除明显,能有效降低患肢肿胀程度,利于患者膝关节功能的恢复。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Dunhuang Xiaoding ointment for treating swelling in the postoperative patients of kneearthroscopy. Methods: All 120 patients after arthroscopy of knee were divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The circumference of the 2 cmof superior patellar pole, the midpoint of the patella, and the thickest point of musculus gastrocnemius were measured on contralateral before surgery and on ipsilateral pre--and postoperative 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours respectively, and the value of swelling was calculated of both groups. Results: The circumference of the 2 em of superior patellar pole, the midpoint of the patella, and 1he thickest point of mus culus gastrocnemius were no statistically significance pre-and postoperative between the two groups (P〉0.05), but there was statistically significance 24, 48, and 72 hours after surgery (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Dunhuang Xiaoding ointment can significantly relieve the degree of knee swelling, especially in the 12 to 72 hours, in the patients of kneearthroscopy. It can effective reduce limb swelling, and conductive to the recovery of knee function.
