摘要：就仲景泻心法内涵、诸泻心汤理法依据及"痞证"病机进行探讨。通过梳理《伤寒杂病论》与《辅行诀五脏用药法要》相似条文引用关系,对比《伤寒杂病论》相关条文及以方测证,探索泻心法立法依据及"痞证"病机,认为泻心法是仲景依据五脏补泻法、五脏生克关系及结合病家"脉证",就心火炽盛而设立的治疗法则;诸泻心汤是仲景根据"心"与"心下"生理关系及病家体质从泻心汤化裁出治疗"痞证"的方剂,"痞证"病机与心、脾二脏密切相关。
The connotation of the Xiexin therapy,the basis of the Xiexin decoction and the pathogenesis of Pizheng were discussed in Shanghan Zabing Lun and Fuxing Jue.The Xiexin therapy is a treatment law according to Wuzang Buxie and Shengke,Maizheng and Xinhuo Zhisheng.And the Xiexin decoction is a prescription according to physiological relationships of Xin and Xinxia and physician physique.So there is a closely correlation between Pizheng and heart with spleen.
