摘要：垂体微腺瘤系发生于垂体前叶的良性肿瘤,西药对该病疗效确切,但副作用较大,且停药后容易出现"反弹"现象。裴老以西医诊断为前提,中医辨证为依据,扶正固本为大法,以中药为主,西药为辅,在恶性肿瘤的治疗方面经验丰富,临床疗效显著,现举病案2例,以示裴正学教授对垂体微腺瘤的辨治思路。
Pituitary microadenoma is a benign tumor that occurs in the anterior pituitary,the effect of western medicine on the disease is definite,but the side effects are greater,and the phenomenon of“rebound”is easy to appear after discontinuation of medicine.Professor Pei combines the diagnosis of Western medicine and holds that the main method of treatment is to strengthen and consolidate body resistance on the basis of different syndrome of TCM,supplemented by western medicine in the course of cancer treatment,which has a remarkable clinical effect.Now,two medical records are cited to show Professor Pei Zheng-xue’s thoughts on pituitary microadenoma.
