摘要：根据我国基础教育改革与发展的基本要求,从培养全面发展的综合型人才、提升大学校园文化水平、造就"一专多能"的中小学新型师资队伍、建设高素质社会文艺骨干四个不同的视角出发,论述高师院校加强音乐教育的重要意义,呼吁西部欠发达地区的高师院校进一步加大对非音乐类专业学生的音乐教育力度,根据实际情况把音乐课设为必修课,并在此基础上多渠道多形式地开展音乐活动,切实提高大学生综合素质。
Based on the basic requirements of reform and development in Chinese primary education from the following four aspects： developing the all-round comprehensive personnel,improving the level of campus culture,shaping a new team of teaching staff with ＂one major and more abilities ＂ and nurturing the qualified artistic elites,the paper is to illustrate the importance of enhancing music education in teachers college,and to call on the underdeveloped teachers colleges in the west to pay attention to the music education for no music majors,therefore to take music as a required course by means of organizing various activities.
