摘要:舌苔微生态与中医辨证、脾胃病、肿瘤等密切相关。目前,基于舌苔微生态研究中医舌诊的科学内涵虽然有诸多实验研究及临床观察作为支持,但仍有以下不足:(1)代表湿热证的黄厚腻苔研究较多,但舌苔种类多种多样,从舌苔厚薄及黄白简单划分舌苔类型不足以涵盖丰富的中医舌诊内容;(2)目前相关研究表明舌苔菌群的变化或特点与疾病具有相关性,但未从其相关性产生的具体机制方面进行深入研究;(3)当前大多数舌苔微生态研究都是基础研究,未形成系统理论,尚未运用到临床疾病的诊治当中。今后,应借助于先进的微生物检测技术,并将舌诊仪、人工智能等技术应用到中医舌诊中,以探索出更加客观的舌诊新方法。
The microecology of tongue coating is closely related to TCM syndrome differentiation,spleen and stomach disease,tumor and so on.At present,although there are many experimental studies and clinical observations to support the scientific connotation of TCM tongue diagnosis based on the study of microecology of tongue coating,there are still the following shortcomings.(1)There are many researches on yellow-thick-greasy coating,which represents dampness-heat syndrome.However,there are many kinds of tongue coating,and the simple classification of tongue coating from its thickness and yellowish white is not enough to cover the rich content of TCM tongue diagnosis.(2)At present,the relevant studies have shown that the changes or characteristics of tongue coating flora are related to diseases,but there is no in-depth study on the specific mechanism of the correlation.(3)At present,most of the studies on the microecology of tongue coating are basic studies,which has not formed a systematic theory and has not been applied to the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases,either.In the future,it is necessary to use advanced microbial detection technology,tongue diagnostic instrument,artificial intelligence and other technologies to explore more objective new methods of tongue diagnosis.
