摘要：分类梳理了成都老官山汉墓医简记述的经脉、腧穴、刺灸法等内容,并对现代研究资料进行了总结。通过梳理发现,老官山汉墓医简记载了十二脉体系,详细论述了经脉循行及主病,首次记载了“心主之脉”“间别之脉”,并记述了经脉、脏腑相关的早期雏形资料;腧穴主要分布于四肢及头面部,包括经脉穴、“落”穴或“下合穴”、督脉穴等;针灸疗法主要包括针刺法、灸法,涉及适应病症、操作和治疗部位等内容,部分医简还记载了石法、“犮”法等外治法,针对不同的病情选用相应疗法,体现了“杂合以治”的思想。这对了解汉代时期经脉腧穴理论及疗法的发展演变过程具有重要的学术意义。
This study systematically categorizes the contents of medical bamboo slips from the Han Tomb at Laoguanshan in Chengdu,including descriptions of meridians,acupoints,and acupuncture?moxibustion techniques,while summarizing modern research findings.Through collation and analysis,we identified that these slips document the twelve?meridian system in detail,specifying meridian pathways and their associated diseases.Notably,they first recorded unique concepts such as the“Xinzhu Mai”and“Jianbie Mai”,along with early?stage data on the correlation between meridians and viscera.The documented acupoints are primarily distributed on the limbs and head?face regions,encompassing meridian?specific points,“Luo”Points or“Xiahe Points”,and Du Maipoints.Acupuncture?moxibustion therapies primarily involve needling techniques and moxibustion,covering indications,operative proce?dures,and treatment locations.Additionally,some slips describe external therapies like stone therapy and the“Ba”Method,reflecting the concept of“integrated therapeutic approaches”tailored to diverse clinical conditions.These findings provide critical academic insights into the developmental trajectory of meridian?acupoint theory and thera?peutic practices during the Han Dynasty.
